Misija tikrai įmanoma
Praėjus kuriam laikui, ne retas asmuo ar organizacija pamiršta savo tikrąjį kelią. Sustojame pagalvoti ar teisingai einam, ar tai ką sakėm pradžioje atitinka šios dienos realybę, organizacijos narių lūkesčius?
Šios dienos asociacijos valdybos posėdis buvo skirtas būtent peržiūrėti steigimo metu išsakytas mintis, surašytas ir patalpintas elektroninėje erdvėje. Pripažinsiu sau, buvo paskubėta tuo steigiamuoju laikotarpiu, ne viskas apgalvota. Visuomeninėms organizacijoms ypač reikalingas laikas ir ištekliai. Idėjų, inovacijų, pasiūlymų mes visi kupini, tik tam reikia laiko ir žmogiškojo faktoriaus, kas tai gali padaryti. Taip pradžioje buvo ir su tikslais, vizijos ir misijos užrašymu. Viduje viskas buvo, tačiau užrašėme mažiau ir ne taip kaip jautėme.
Bet grįžkime prie valdybos posėdžio ir pagrindinių vertybių, vizijos, misijos peržiūrėjimo.
Organizacijos, kokia ji bebūtų, misija – gyvavimo esmė, pagrindinis tikslas ir prasmė. Kaip ir prieš tai buvusius posėdžius, džiugina nuoširdumas, visų dalyvavusių valdybos ir asociacijos narių įsitraukimas į bendrą reikalą.
Kartais organizacijų motyvai, siekiai, netgi vertybės pasikeičia, transformuojasi. Kartais nutinka tokių dalykų, kai pradžia būna vienokia, o vėliau, nors ir buvo nukrypta tik keletas milimetrų, per ilgesnį laiką šis nukrypimas pasidarė labai didelis nuo pagrindinio kelio. Man malonu, kad mes, asociacijos vadovybė ir pagrindiniai senbuviai nariai, matome, mąstome taip pat, kaip ir prieš dešimt mėnesių. Norėčiau pažymėti, jog matome daug daugiau, viską suprantame daug giliau ir siekiai transformavosi į žymiai gilesnę prasmę: organizacijos veikimo ir siekių prasmę. Mes užaugome ir augame ne tik kiekybine prasme, augame ir kokybine, miestui ypač naudinga, prasme.
Nevyriausybinių viešųjų organizacijų misija ir veikla visada privalo būti nukreipta į tokią veiklą, kuri reikalinga ir būtina būtent šiuo laikotarpiu. Mes tikrai jaučiame tą poreikį, ir tai dar labiau sustiprina esamos valdžios reakciją į mus. Mes jiems labai reikalingi, nes sulaukiame dėmesio. Mes reikalingi miestui, o miesto piliečiai labai reikalingi mums. Kaip ir gamtoje, visa kas supa aplinkui yra susiję. Ateitis gali būti kitokia, reikia tik būti kartu.
Malonu, kad esame teisingame kelyje su aktyviais ir nuoširdžiais asociacijos nariais. Mūsų misija tikrai įmanoma.
Dabar pagalvokime dar kartą apie ateitį. Kokią mes matome ateitį savo organizacijoje? Kur norėtume, kad mūsų asociacija atsirastų po daugelio metų? Ar tikrai būtent to ir norime? Ar tai įmanoma? Kokios galėtų būti kliūtys ir ar mes jas galėsime įveikti? Ir dar daugelis klausimų, į kuriuos mes radome atsakymus ir tikime, kad to pasieksime ir įveiksime visas kliūtis.
