Trumpai apie tai, kaip būna, kai vagiama ir už tai nieko nebūna…
Parašyti paskatino uostamiesčio dienraščio „Klaipėda“ antraštė „Klerkas teisme neišsisuko“. STT pradėtas tyrimas, kuris peraugo į bylą, pasiekė teismą. Viskas kaip ir tvarkoje, tik pažiūrėjus į tos dienos dienraščio nuotrauką ir smagiai nusiteikusį valdininką, kyla daug vidinių prieštaravimų.
Taip pat įdomu pasidaro, kai skaitydamas straipsnį, matai tokius dėsningumus, kaip: panašiomis piniginėmis baudomis buvo nubausti tiek tas, kuris reikalavo kyšio (ir gavo, panašu, daugkartinius kyšius), ir tas, kuris buvo pagautas beduodant. Suprantama, kad prie miesto biudžeto lovio skanu, bet tas, kuris davė – tikrai mažiau kaltas negu tas, kuris reketavo…
Kur mes einame? “Valdininkas neišsisuko“ – tai reiškia, kad bus priteista bauda virš 6 tūkstančių litų. O pagal bylą – pavogė juk daugiau. Ir kur teisingumas? Ar pakanka už vagystę ir reketavimą nuteisti tik tokia bausme? Tai dar kartą parodo, kad vogti ir reketuoti valdininkams tiesiog galima, ir už tai nieko baisaus nebus. Pamanykite, negalės dirbti trejus metus valdiškame darbe – didelis praradimas valstybei. Bet nieko tokio, atsiras kitas į vietą. Taip mes ir gyvename, ir visiems aišku, kodėl tiek daug kartų buvo rekonstruotas miesto stadionas, kodėl mūsų sporto objektai tokioje būklėje. Viskas yra gerai, kaip sako miesto galva, tęsiame darbus…
Valdininkai tokie pat žmonės kaip ir mes visi – jie eina į darbą, turi šeimas ir savo poreikius, bet darbo sąlygas ir taisykles nustato svarbiausius politinius postus užimantys žmonės-politikai. Panašu, kad sąlygos nėra sudėliotos arba nesugebama kontroliuoti situacijos. Deja…
Nenoriu piktinti jūsų ar negerai nuteikti prieš valstybinį darbą dirbančius žmones. Jie gyvena taip, kaip jiems leidžia politikai. Susimastykime, kaip viskas turėtų būti, nedarykime klaidų, kai rinksime naujus žmones miestui valdyti. O laukti liko nedaug…
