Kazys Paulikas – “PRABANGIOS ŽOLĖS”
Daug diskutuojama apie žaliuosius plotus, želdinius ir rekreacines zonas mūsų mieste. Ar pakankamai mes turime žaliųjų plotų? Daugelio manymu, Klaipėdoje šiuo klausimu nėra blogiausia situacija. Daugiau diskutuotinas klausimas apie šitų želdinių, žaliųjų plotų priežiūrą ir gėlynų kokybę. Daugelyje vietų galime džiaugtis, kad viešose vietose esantys gazonai miesto administracijos iniciatyva yra nupjauti. Ir tik tiek… tokia ir priežiūra. Centrinėse miesto vietose geriau - auga menkavertės gėlės. Taigi turime žalių plotų. Parkai, taip juose yra medžių – paprastučių, seniai augančių, sutvarkytų, bet tikrai ne tokių, kurie galėtų būti vadinami parko medžiais. Tam reikia priežiūros – medžių atsodinimo, suolelių sutvarkymo. Teko lankytis Palangos parkuose, vaizdas – žymiai geresnis… Kodėl taip rūpinasi Druskininkai, Palangos administracija, o mūsų mieste tai nėra svarbu.
Bet klausimas man šiandien kitas – “ar viską turėtų atlikti administracija?“. Būdamas centrinėje miesto dalyje, mačiau keletą prabangių kiemų: gražūs namai, vieta centre, mašinos – nepigios, tik kieme auga aukštos žolės. Ar tikrai šitų namų gyventojams nepakeliama našta pasikviesti apželdinimo kompaniją ir sutvarkyti nuosavą kiemą, o gal net patiems susidėjus pinigėlius, nusipirkti pjovimo mašiną ir šienauti. Privačius namus daugelis susitvarko, nes nesinori atrodyti prieš kaimynus apsileidus. Kodėl gi daugiabučiai namai taip apsileidę? Kažkas pas mus ne taip, mes prarandame orumą, pagarbą savo miestui, pačiam sau. Kaipgi atrodys miestas kai atvažiuos svečiai į Jūros šventę ar kitas vasaros šventes? Ar tikrai Klaipėda – netvarkingas miestas? Manyčiau, miesto meras nedelsiant turėtų imtis iniciatyvos ir paskelbti, kur bus šienaujama už mūsų biudžeto pinigėlių, ir kur reikėtų bendrijų pirmininkams bei gyventojams organizuotis apsikuopti… Mes tikrai galime atrodyti gražiau ir gerbti save.
Negi toleruosime tas „prabangias žoles“ centrinėse miesto teritorijose…ir lauksime kaimynų (Palangos ar Gargždų )bendruomenių pagalbos?
Žmogus nuo seno išspręsdavo sudėtingiausias problemas ir pakeldavo žmonijos iššūkius.
Mes susitvarkysime su savo kiemais, aš tikiu bendruomene.
