Dvi valandos iš visos širdies
Dar neatsisėdus ir nesulaukus susirinkimo administratorės, valdybos posėdis prasidėjo diskusija apie vakarykštį narių susirinkimą. Ne visi valdybos nariai jame dalyvavo. Pagrįstų pastabų sulaukė mažiau aktyvūs kolegos.
Tolesnė eiga nežadėjo ir man nieko gero. Buvo nuosekliai išnagrinėta narystės tema: kaip mes priimame, kas priima ir kaip mūsų nariai supažindinami su nario laiptelių sistema. Audringas susirinkimas visada man sukelia teigiamų emocijų. Tai – labai aiškus signalas mums visiems nevienodai (kodėl mes esame asociacijoje). Labai svarbu pamatus statyti labai tvirtai, juolab, kai statome organizaciją 200 metų, kai kuriame ateities bendruomenės viziją, formuojame narystės, tradicijų, atskaitomybės ir atsakingumo tradicijas ir normas. Kiekvienam labai svarbu turėti ir propaguoti savo vertybes. Mūsų organizacija jau rado savąsias vertybes ir siekius. Toliau – sunkus ir ilgas darbas tas vertybes puoselėti, o dar svarbiau – įtraukti į tos organizacijos kūrimą didžiąją dalį miesto gyventojų.
Dvi valandos prabėgo intensyviai ir audringai, kartais įtampa pakildavo iki maksimumo. Stebint iš šalies, atrodytų, kad daug ginčų, tačiau pažįstant tuos žmones, esančius pagrindiniame fronte, jautėsi jų atsidavimas: mintimis ir idėjomis savo miestui prie jūros. Jie tiki asociacija, asociacijos nariais ir tuo, kad viską galima sukurti, sudėlioti į savo lentynėles ir pasiekti tokio rezultato, kokiu tiki miesto bendruomenė.
Pasiskirstę atsakomybėmis, vieningai sutarėme, kad esminiai dalykai – ir toliau inicijuoti procesus mieste, aktyviai didinti narių skaičių.
Gal kažkam ir atrodo mūsų svajonės miglotos, gal kažkas mano, jog mums nepakaks sveikatos, gal net dar kol kas neturi tikėjimo ar mes einame teisingu keliu. Gal šiandiena mes esame ne tokie įtakingi, kad valdininkai įsiklausytų į tai, ką deklaruojame, bet tai – tik šiandien. Mes augame ir stiprėjame kiekvieną dieną, kas minutę, aš tai jaučiu. Jaučiu augančią jėgą ir bręstančias permainas. Permainas ir pasikeitimus bendruomenės mąstyme, ką ir kaip galime padaryti. O jeigu yra dar abejojančių, jiems belieka laukti ir pamatyti…..

The purpose of your website can be great for my students. A lot of great resources are free in here. Initially, I have introduced your website to my students in my class, so don’t be confused if your website hits are increase dramatically. I discuss many topics, still debating in every aspect that can be debated, and at the end of my class (every week), I told them about the conclusion of your topic. Hot topic and atmosphere can be fun here. And then, you might be surprised that my students got new story every day, and also all of them can express their idea in home and school. Especially they told to her/his mom/dad, that they learnt many topics from teacher that learnt from you. Surprisingly that everyone wants to get new challenge in your idea, and then when I give new topic, it can be challenging for all of my students.
