Pirmasis asociacijos mėnuo
Savaitgalį buvo lygiai mėnuo, kai veikia mūsų organizacija. Apibendrinant veiklą matau ,kad einame gana sparčiai, kaip visuomeninė organizacija. Turime puikius narius, jie aktyvūs. Organizavome nors ir vieną viešą akciją ,bet ji buvo naudinga.
Pirmadienis, kaip visada, aktyvus. Susitikau su Vinerio fondo vadovu. Sutarėme, kad veikla kartu vardan Klaipėdos būtų naudinga abiems organizacijoms. Beje, reikės suderinti tai su valdyba, bet gal mintis, kad mes reklamuosime fondą ir būsime jų dalininkai gali būti naudinga. Gautos lėšos būtų tikslingai naudojamos labdarai( pagal fondo sudarytos kompetentingos komisijos nutarimus).
Suderintas foto konkurso klausimas su informaciniais rėmėjais ( dienraščiu „Vakarų Ekspresas„) . Pasikviečiau į pagalbą Saulių Jokužį, Antaną Stanevičių ir Vytą Kvaracėjų. Šie profesionalūs fotografai surašys konkurso sąlygas ,ir bus konkurso autoritetinga komisija. Na, gal dar dienraščio atstovų dar reikėtų pakviesti.
Ketvirtadienį kviečiu šio konkurso darbo grupę. Reikia dar rasti rėmėjus, sutarti dėl parodos eksponavimo vietos Klaipėdoje ir Vilniuje. Sostinėje jau dabar sutarta ir data, ir vieta. Laivai jau plaukia link Klaipėdos, reikia paskubėti….(primenu, kad konkurso tema-burlaiviai)
Šiandiena buvau susitikęs su teisininku, kuris norėtų prisijungti prie mūsų asociacijos. Mums labai reikia teisininkų, kartais būtina pasitarti . Jeigu valdyba pritars, turėsime naują narį. Šiaip ,naujų narių augimas- gana aktyvus, įskaitant tai ,kad mes nevykdome jokios reklamos .Net po keletą per savaitę. Bet svarbiausia, kad ateina asmenybės, profesionalai savo darbo srityse.
Gavau laišką iš šokių studijos, norėtų pas mus įstoti. Gerai, kad mato teisingai, jog mes turime daug potencialo. Ir jie tikrai neapsiriks, atsipirks su kaupu. Susitiksiu su vadovu, aptarsime ,kodėl jie nori būti su mumis ir ką jie gali duoti miestui per mūsų asociaciją.
O vakare, kaip dažniausia, pirmadieniais- desertas- valdybos posėdis. Jis praėjo gana sklandžiai: Tadas pasiruošęs vizijos klausimu ir, jeigu taip atliks tą užduotį kaip padarė planą,….mes turėsime vizijos projektą.
Kiti klausimai buvo labiau techniniai. Sutarėme dėl sekančio bendro narių ir draugų susirinkimo. Nustatėme temą „ Klaipėdos miesto šventės, ar mes žinome jas?“
Tiek šiai dienai… Per tą mėnesį parašiau 22 kartus, kasdien neišeina. Kadangi nepadarau kas dieną darbų Klaipėdai, tai, jums leidus, rašysiu su pertraukėlėm. Tikiuosi ir komentarų iš jūsų…
